Local 15 meets with newly hired Locators

On Tuesday, April 22nd, Local 15 President Chris Riser, Vice President Ben Busser, Senior Assistant Business Rep Jim Collins, and Business Reps Mike Keating, Shawn Wachter, Bernard Robinson, Mike Quirk, and Brad Gritt met with 14 newly hired Locators. Due to the high volume of locates, the company is continuing to hire locators. There are currently 32 locators working in Lake County, adding 14 will bring the total to 46, with more to be hired shortly.

So far, the locating pilot has been successful. We hope for that to continue this year, and we are able to make this a permanent position at Local 15 once the pilot agreement terminates in 2026.
